How you’ll make an impact

Support the technology development and research activities in the formulation of control concepts for Hybrid Modular Multilevel Converter topologies

Develop simulation prototypes to assess the transient performance of the control architecture under different types of faults

Perform state-of-the-art analysis and technology reviews. Benchmark the achieved results against state-of-the-art solutions for the given application

Disseminate and report your results with the teams, write technical documentation, propose creative and efficient solutions towards industrial implementation
Your background
-
Enrolled in an MSc program in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering or a related field

Expertise in modelling and control for power electronics in grid applications or modular multilevel converters

Experience in PSCAD programming (or alternative power electronics simulation tools) and domain knowledge on power valves are strongly appreciated

Excellent communication skills, team player attitude, initiative, and creativity

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
