At the headquarters in Zollikofen, we are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a motivated, sales- and consulting-strong personality who will work with us to develop new solutions and services in the field of robotics for our customers throughout Switzerland.
What you will achieve
- As part of Business Development, you promote the use of robotics solutions and work interdisciplinarily within the Securitas Group as well as the regional directorates of Securitas.
- You inspire our customers with specific solutions and services.
- You develop sales and acquisition strategies and implement new service approaches operationally.
- You accompany internal and external customers throughout the entire process and identify cross- and upselling potentials.
- You analyze market trends and bring new impulses into the competence centers.
What you bring
- You are a convincing sales and consulting personality, recognize trends, and present innovative solutions clearly and customer-oriented.
- You bring high resilience, pronounced solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to transform ideas into marketable solutions.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both with customers and in interdisciplinary teams.
- You have training or studies in business administration as well as several years of sales experience. Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and an affinity for innovation and technologies characterize you.
- You handle customer and acquisition data in a structured manner and prioritize market opportunities purposefully.
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland and hold a category B driving license.
- Good German and French skills, English is an advantage.
