• You take responsibility for the correct and timely monthly payroll for employees, temporary workers, and management.
• You lead and develop the payroll and social security team both professionally and personally according to our SV leadership values (7 employees).
• You ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding social security, withholding tax, family allowances, as well as year-end tasks and audits.
• You monitor the operation and maintenance of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors payroll modules including key user function and user support.
• You actively participate in cross-departmental HR projects to optimize processes and digitalization.

• You have a degree or professional training in HRM and solid SAP knowledge (preferably SAP HCM) and ideally experience with SuccessFactors.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, withholding tax, and payroll benefits.
• You bring several years of leadership experience and work in a structured, responsible, and analytical manner.
• You have a high IT affinity and experience in project management, especially in system implementations and process optimizations.
• You are communicative, assertive, resilient, and work proactively and solution-oriented in a team.
