Job Description

• Support in the proper execution and submission of the change control procedure

• Maintenance of the document management system to ensure compliance with internal standards

• Support with document-related tasks

• Support in updating department-related procedures

• Participation in projects in the QM/RA area

• Participation as co-auditor in internal audits

• Support during external audits

• Support in documenting audit management in the CAQ system

• Preparation of reports on results and statistics for the supervisor

• Preparation of customer questionnaires and documentation according to specifications

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in quality management

• Previous experience in document management or a comparable function is an advantage

• Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) with further training in quality management, technology, or comparable

• German: native speaker or fluent in spoken and written, English: level B1 or higher
