The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our gastronomy we are looking for a service specialist 40% initially 70% from March 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

Work in the self-service restaurant for patients, employees, and guests with an integrated kiosk
Support for internal catering events
Independent preparation and service of the free flow buffets, distribution of food and drinks
Independent management of the kiosk including orders, returns, delivery note control, etc.
Ensuring cleanliness and order in the gastronomy area
Work deployment from Monday to Sunday (every 2nd weekend) until August 31, 2026, workload 70%

Your profile

Completed training as a restaurant or hotel specialist, in retail or system gastronomy
Experience in the (community) gastronomy sector
Flexible, team-oriented, and customer-focused personality
Careful and independent working style
Neat appearance, pleasant and confident manners in contact with patients and guests
