Job Description
As Head Waiter, you will play a central role in the gastronomic experience offered to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring impeccable service and supervising the teams with professionalism and kindness. You will work closely with the food and beverage director.
You welcome and advise our clientele with elegance and professionalism.
You supervise the dining room service and ensure its excellence.
You manage, motivate, and train the dining room team.
You ensure coordination with the kitchen and oversee the smooth flow of service.
You contribute to maintaining the high level of quality and standards unique to Domaine de Châteauvieux.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Head Waiter in an establishment of the same category.
- Diploma obtained from a hospitality and catering school.
Excellent management and communication skills.
Impeccable presentation and a strong sense of service.
Good oenological knowledge (an asset).
Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Another language is a plus.
Additional Information
5 weeks of mandatory vacation per year.
Weekly days off on Sunday and Monday.
