• You support your supervisor in renting apartments as well as creating rental contracts and advertisements
• You have frequent telephone contact with prospective tenants, tenants, craftsmen, etc.
• You handle various customer concerns
• You assist in the preparation and execution of apartment inspections/handovers
• You gain comprehensive insight into real estate accounting
• You create various correspondence and perform general administrative tasks
• You help out at the reception

• You have completed secondary level I with good to very good grades
• You have good manners and express yourself fluently in spoken and written German
• You are interested in the business processes and contexts in the real estate/trust industry
• You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and like working in a team
• You learn easily and quickly and work reliably
• You are an organizational talent and like to take responsibility
• You are curious and open to changes
• You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
