Team Leader Property Management 80-100% (m/f)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for managing a versatile, demanding portfolio with office, retail, and residential properties
• Professional and personnel leadership of a small team (2-3 employees)
• Direct contact and regular exchange with owners and tenants
• Ensuring high-quality, customer-oriented management
• Planning, implementation, and control of investments, maintenance, and renovation projects
• Advising owners on legal and accounting matters as well as strategic property development
• Active participation in the further development of processes and standards within the team

Your profile

• Several years of experience in managing demanding office and retail portfolios, combined with knowledge in the residential sector
• Enjoyment of technical property management and the further development of properties
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Leadership experience of at least 2–3 employees
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Communicative personality with a service mentality and team spirit
• Completed real estate-specific training (e.g., federal real estate manager with a diploma) is an advantage
