Your tasks
- Within the city archive, you coordinate the small I+D team.
- You independently manage customer service (reception and consultation in the reading room, answering inquiries) together with your colleagues.
- Your other archival duties include indexing official and private collections, processing deliveries, and managing the storage.
- In vocational training, you are responsible for interns and apprentices in I+D professions.
- The administration of the city archive, including correspondence, cash management, and material procurement, completes the portfolio.
Your profile
- You have training as an I+D specialist EFZ or a bachelor's degree in information science.
- You work independently and precisely and express yourself clearly in German.
- You have an affinity for IT and digitalization.
- You enjoy dealing with customers and keep an overview even in busy moments.
- You like working in a small team and have strong communication and social skills.
