Your main tasks:

• Ensuring a professional and trouble-free operational process in the arena
• Coordination and guidance of around 30 event cleaners
• Work deployment planning inside and outside the stadium
• Conducting internal quality controls and continuous process optimizations
• Implementing ISS standards
• Supporting other mandates during the off-season (May to August)

Your profile:

• Completed basic training in cleaning, caretaking, gastronomy, or hospitality
• Further training in facility management, commercial field and/or event management is an advantage
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience (including leadership and planning of employees)
• Willingness to work regular evenings and weekends at events (mandatory)
• Good language skills in German, Spanish, Portuguese and/or Italian
• Driver's license category B
