We are looking for you as Customer Care Center bilingual (Swiss) German/French or French/(Swiss) German as soon as possible.
Your role
In this position, you represent KONE externally as the first contact person on the phone.
Your tasks with us: no day is the same!
Answering all external phone calls
First level support for invoice complaints
Processing / documentation via our ticket system
Administrative support for other departments
Mail processing and management of various agendas
You bring this with you: technical understanding
A completed education in administration or sales, ideally as a Customer Dialogue Specialist EFZ
Native (Swiss) German bilingual French (at least C1) or vice versa is mandatory. Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
Eager to learn, reliable, committed, and team-oriented
