About the job
- You plan, organize, and manage internal training as well as external events holistically – from the announcement to the follow-up – and ensure a smooth process.
- You work closely with internal and external speakers, maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), and support employees as well as managers in using training offers.
- You actively contribute to the further development of the training and development offerings, bring in your own ideas, and work conceptually on new learning formats.
- You support the design and further development of personnel development tools and processes, monitor trends in Learning & Development, and take on administrative tasks.
- Your workplace is optionally in Sargans or Wil SG.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have experience in the HR field, especially in personnel development or Learning & Development.
- You work independently, reliably, and proactively, keep an overview even with complex tasks, and convince with high work quality.
- Organizational talent, creativity, and joy in planning and implementing training as well as developing innovative concepts characterize you.
- You enjoy working in a team, communicate confidently and service-oriented with different stakeholders, and support managers and employees in their development.
- You are open to new trends in learning & development, ideally have experience with LMS and e-learning formats, and actively promote a learning-oriented culture.
