- Support of HR Business Partners in the administrative handling of all HR processes such as entry, exit, retirements, and contract changes
- Advising supervisors and employees on all personnel matters
- Creation and publication of job advertisements, processing of applications, and conducting telephone interviews
- Preparation of work certificates and various confirmations using Swiss+
- Main responsibility for time management of the assigned region: Weekly review of deployment plans taking into account legal and regulatory frameworks
- Handling various administrative tasks in the apprenticeship sector
- Processing accident and illness cases via UKA
- Maintenance and management of the electronic personnel file
- Assistance in the further development and optimization of processes
- Support of the team leader in various administrative tasks
- Commercial basic education with further training in human resources (HR assistant or HR clerk) is an advantage
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar function
- Great enthusiasm for administrative activities and openness to process optimization work
- Very good MS Office user skills, experience with SAP, and high IT affinity
- Independent, precise, and efficient working style as well as a high service orientation
- Committed, engaging, and reliable personality
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
