Your Tasks
- Competent support and assistance in the care of patients (m/f/d) of the Poliklinikum Harz and AMEOS Klinikum Halberstadt
- Instruction, training, and coaching of diabetes patients (m/f/d) of all classifications as well as, if necessary, their caregivers/relatives
- Independent implementation of medically prescribed therapy in everyday life, preventive examinations, and follow-up care
- Preparation, execution, and follow-up of training sessions
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) and further training as a Diabetes Consultant (m/f/d) of the German Diabetes Association
- Initial professional experience is desirable
- Flexibility, reliability, and a high level of knowledge
- Very good communication and cooperation skills
