YOUR TASKS
- Competent advice and support for specialist partners and end customers via various channels (C4C, email, telephone, showroom) in several languages (DE/IT/EN)
- Comprehensive order processing of offers and orders in the ERP system (SAP) including providing information on ongoing orders and service cases
- Close cooperation and coordination with internal interfaces such as production, logistics, shipping as well as support for regional sales managers
- Ensuring efficient processing and scheduling of service requests as well as guaranteeing telephone availability within the team
- Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM (SAP C4C) as well as ensuring data and document quality (formal, content, pricing)
- Participation in projects as well as support in customer workshops and internal training
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the customer center, showroom, and warehouse area
- Active participation in team meetings, reports, and continuous development of own product and process knowledge
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical basic training and experience in internal sales and order processing
- Interest in acquiring broad specialist knowledge
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality with understanding of the essentials
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
NICE TO HAVE
- Good written and spoken English and Italian skills
- Knowledge of the SAP C4C system
