Your tasks
- Ensuring evidence-based nursing quality (CNS role)
- Development and implementation of innovative nursing concepts
- Management and support of projects and change processes
- Training, consulting, and supporting our nursing teams in daily work
- Occasional participation in direct care and taking over case management in complex client situations
- Promotion of further education and ensuring knowledge transfer
Your profile
- Degree as Nursing Expert MScN / APN
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience in nursing development
- Knowledge of RAI-HC is an advantage
- High social competence, empathy, and team spirit
- Joy in innovation and change
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
