In your role, you take on tasks that offer variety and responsibility. These include, among others:
Recruiting, accompanying, and supporting unskilled and skilled workers throughout the entire placement process
Conducting interviews and assessing skills, personality, and potential
Building and maintaining a stable local network
Active new customer acquisition as well as support of existing customers
Participation in customer events and networking events
Regular company, workshop, and construction site visits
Scheduling, coordination, and professional support for customers and candidates

Your profile – convincing, structured, authentic
To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following:
Training in a technical, industrial, commercial, or construction-related profession
Experience in sales, recruitment, or personnel placement is an advantage – motivated career changers are also welcome
High social competence, good appearance, and sense of responsibility
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German or French skills; the second language is a plus
Driver's license category B
