About the job
The SalZH Foundation, founded in 2002, cares for and educates children in the Winterthur area in four daycares, four playgroups, as well as in primary and secondary schools in regular and special education classes within the framework of Curriculum 21 and based on our four values.
What we wish for
We are looking for a classroom teacher who takes responsibility for a combined 3rd/4th grade class. You know how to create a learning-promoting atmosphere and support children individually.
You see it as an opportunity to incorporate the Christian values anchored in our mission statement into the lessons. In addition, you appreciate the possibility of experiential education – for example, involving our farm. You approach the advancing digitalization openly and reflectively.
What we offer
You work in an interdisciplinary team and do not bear the responsibility alone. The flexible environment of our private school
enables us to continuously develop the school further.
Regular supervisions as well as internal and external training support your professional and personal development.
What to expect
As a classroom teacher, you accompany the children of our combined 3rd/4th grade class with joy, clarity, and commitment. You design lively, child-appropriate lessons and create learning spaces where children can grow through experience, discovery, and joint action.
A special focus is on experiential education – indoors and outdoors.
What you bring
- Completed pedagogical training (EDK-recognized) and ideally professional experience
- Creativity and initiative
- Teamwork skills and willingness to actively participate
