You like to get involved yourself, organize with overview, and ensure that our projects are successfully, on time, and economically implemented. If you are eager to take responsibility and contribute your know-how daily, we are really looking forward to you.
Here is what you will do
- Independently plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects – we are active in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment
- Carry out clean construction scheduling including work preparation and personnel management
- Use resources economically and identify optimization potentials
- Prepare measurements, offers, calculations, and billing
- Ensure cost, quality, and schedule control
These are your skills and strengths
- Basic training as a mason with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) is an advantage
- Further training as a construction foreman or foreman – or willingness to complete it
- Interest and motivation for further development (calculation, construction management, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working
- Leadership qualities and team spirit
- Customer-oriented demeanor as well as assertiveness
