Junior Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- You check supplier invoices and process them in the ERP system so that accounts payable can execute the payments
- You have an eye for detail and are familiar with the basics of accounts payable
- You place orders so that our employees and teams have everything they need for their daily business activities
- You communicate daily with internal stakeholders
- You liaise with our suppliers and ensure efficient procurement processes
Requirements
- You have 3–5 years of experience in a purchasing or finance team, especially in handling supplier invoices
- You are familiar with working in an ERP system and using Excel
- Knowledge of ERP Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- You speak German and English
