We are looking for you as an IT and Digital Services Specialist (50-80%) for our creative team

Our IT infrastructure needs a problem solver who enjoys learning new things and helping others. You maintain all devices used by our teams and support an ever-evolving landscape of tools and apps to enable seamless workflows and communication.

Your role:

As an IT and Digital Services Specialist at kreisvier, you ensure that our creative, operations, and digital teams can work smoothly every day.

You support, maintain, and further develop our IT landscape, from Macs and networks to digital tools and new AI solutions, bringing fresh ideas to our digital projects.

Your tasks:

• Supporting all employees with questions about hardware, operating systems, and software (mainly Mac environment)
• Supporting the maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure: network, security, servers, and Microsoft 365
• Setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Macs and devices
• Careful and clear analysis and resolution of technical problems
• Sharing your knowledge – training and supporting employees as needed
• Digital and AI innovation
• Experimenting with modern AI tools to make work easier and smarter
• Cross-team collaboration to find opportunities for using AI in real projects
• Enthusiasm for digital trends and technologies
• Web and product support
• Learning and supporting Webflow projects and CMS workflows
• Supporting internal tool and product development for the agency and our clients
• Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to bring digital ideas to life.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2–5 years of experience in IT, digital services, or a related field
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and initiative
• Quick comprehension, enjoyment in exploring new tools, and independently solving problems
• Basic knowledge of Apple/Mac systems and Microsoft 365 is an advantage (everything else can be learned)
• Friendly, patient, and cooperative – you enjoy helping others succeed
• Flexibility and desire to work in an open, ambitious, and fast-evolving environment
