What you can achieve with us
- Together with your colleague, you are responsible for the entire HR administration from entry to exit and work closely with the HR consultants.
- You bring fresh ideas to our administrative processes, think and actively shape them – always focusing on customer benefit and simplification.
- As a practical trainer, you accompany our apprentices in everyday HR, promote their strengths and potential, and ensure that they actively contribute to the team and grow with it.
- You take over the deputy role in time tracking and pass on your knowledge in practical training sessions.
- You enjoy actively participating in projects.
What skills are important to us
- You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience as an HR assistant.
- Your quick grasp ensures that you quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and find solutions before they become challenges.
- You have a strong service orientation and communicate clearly and kindly.
- You think along and contribute constructive suggestions and see yourself as a team player.
- Your independent, structured, and proactive way of working distinguishes you.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the respective other language is desired.
