Task
You will be part of a successful, young, and dynamic team. Your colleagues have completed technical as well as economic training. Your future team keeps an overview of the constant changes in the real estate market and advises investors and owners on strategic, economic, tax, and legal issues. We offer optimal solutions for real estate valuations, the structuring and management of real estate transactions, also in the context of M&A, as well as for real estate-specific questions.
How you advance KPMG
- Prepare valuations of individual properties, real estate portfolios, and construction projects
- Support the structuring and process management of real estate transactions and thus contribute to successful implementation
- Advise our clients from various economic sectors on their real estate-related topics, e.g. sustainability (ESG), real estate strategy, review of processes for large construction projects
- Develop qualitative and quantitative market analyses
- Participate in the further development of data analysis and valuation tools
Why you are successful
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, architecture, or (civil) engineering
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience (e.g. in the real estate or construction industry, data science, or sustainability)
- Excellent German and very good English skills, French is an advantage
- Confident in MS Office applications, programming skills are an advantage
