In this role, you will be on site for our customers, ensuring smooth processes and applying your technical know-how exactly where it is needed. Become part of our mission – we look forward to meeting you!

This is what you will do with us:

• Maintenance and repair of all products from our extensive portfolio

• Independent organization and planning of your routes and handling of customer inquiries

• Close cooperation with our customers from all industries on site

• Direct collaboration with sales for efficient and sustainable customer management 

• You use the latest IT systems in your work and continuously develop yourself thanks to our innovative technology

You bring with you:

• A successfully completed vocational training in mechatronics, mechanics, electrical engineering, plant engineering, hydraulics, or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you already have experience in direct customer contact and are trained in relationship management

• You convince with a solution-oriented mindset

• You communicate confidently in German and English – both written and spoken

• French language skills are an advantage

• An independent and structured way of working

• A class B driving license is a basic requirement for this position; possession of class BE is advantageous but not mandatory
