About the job
The Social Department includes an assessment service, the Social Service for Children and Youth, the Social Service for Adults, the Central Services, the Employment Integration Office, the Social Audit Office, and the Health Promotion Office.
For the Social Service for Children and Youth, we are looking for a
Your tasks:
- Comprehensive assessments of foster placements
- Support, counseling, and annual visits to foster families with reporting
- Application for approvals
- Collaboration with various agencies such as mandate holders, the Cantonal Youth Office, and counseling centers, etc.
- Mandate management for children in adoption procedures
- Various administrative tasks
You bring with you:
- Degree in Social Work (University of Applied Sciences or University)
- Several years of professional experience in social work
- Knowledge in the area of foster care supervision, social assistance, and social insurance law
- Good organizational skills and IT knowledge
- Confident written expression; affinity for writing basic reports
- Category B driving license
