Project Manager & Leadership Support 60 - 80%To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the Lindau location as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your main tasks:
- Management and coordination of strategic projects of Strickhof in the field of sustainable food systems (currently implementing the arable farming experimental platform at the new Strickhof location Uitikon)
- Co-design and implementation of strategies of the Strickhof management for the further development of the competence center
- Ensuring cooperation with stakeholders at the cantonal and national level in the context of education, research, and innovation in agriculture and food industry
- Preparation of decision-making bases for political bodies and management committees
Our expectations of you:
- Solid experience in project management (certification or proven practice), preferably in the field of agriculture and food industry
- Knowledge of the cantonal decision-making and administrative structures in the canton of Zurich
- Good networking with national actors in education, research, and innovation
- Strong communication and networking skills as well as high initiative
