Takes strategic actions and thereby sustainably supports the overall success of the company
Professional Consulting: provides internal teams and managers with professional consulting and expert advice in his/her special topic
Helps solve complex problems, develop strategies, and improves work processes
Training and Training Development: may develop and deliver training and training materials to enhance employee knowledge and skills in their area of expertise
Research and Development: may actively support and work on research and development projects to identify and promote innovative solutions and best practices in their field
Quality Control and Audits: may be responsible for preparing and assisting quality control processes and ensuring that company standards and regulations are met in their area of expertise
Proven expert in their special topic who strengthen the expertise in their area of business
Support end users and distributors on an expert level in effectively utilizing advanced Hamilton technologies and products
Lead key account development strategies and initiatives within a designated geographical region
Act as an anchor point and mentor for a smaller team within the specified region and champion the CLUSTER concept
Takes responsibility for how company strategies can be implemented in the region in the medium to long term – with his experiential knowledge he/she sets the right accents
Proficient in critical care Hamilton technologies, this role focuses on comprehensive support, education, and further development of key accounts – With the ability to create technology adoption in reference sites that are recognized as Hamilton advocates. Also involves mentorship and guidance for smaller reginal teams
That’s what you bring along:
Graduate from Medical School / University / Medicine degree. Preferably specialization in intensive care with experience in ICU. Or graduate nurse and experienced as ICU nurse or ventilation practitioner.
Fluent English; verbal and written communication (C1).
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships quickly.
Strong organizational skills.
Competency with advanced Microsoft package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
