Job Description

• Close collaboration with the restaurant management and relieving them in operational areas
• Leading and supervising the service stations, including serving, attending to, and advising our guests
• Creating the daily changing seating plan
• Conducting daily service meetings and acting as a link between restaurant management and staff
• Assisting in managing the wine cellar including the annual wine inventory

Qualifications

• You have the appropriate professional training or a degree from a hotel management school
• You have good wine knowledge and ideally bar skills
• You are a pronounced front-of-house person with joy in guest contact
• You are a good salesperson and have a feel for individual guest wishes
• You are a team player and integrator
• You have an eye for detail
• You speak very good German and ideally have French and English skills
