Your Tasks
- Responsibility for processes in the personnel area
- Designing future-oriented personnel work
- Close cooperation with the responsible managers
- Cooperation with works council committees
- Initiation and further development of personnel development measures for the AMEOS North region as well as close exchange with colleagues from the AMEOS Group
- Responsibility for applicant management
- Implementation and further development of measures to attract and retain employees
- Supportive preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies or commercial qualification with experience in human resources management, ideally in healthcare
- High service orientation and empathy for colleagues
- Extensive knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and works constitution law
- Experience in personnel development would be desirable
- An independent, structured, and project-oriented way of working
- Teamwork skills, communication skills, as well as a high level of commitment and initiative
