Senior Global Product Manager - Elbow & Shoulder 100%

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate in product development projects as Product Manager for the elbow and shoulder area
• Drive the development of new products and the further enhancement of existing ones
• Prepare market, sales, and turnover analyses, as well as pricing strategies
• Identify market developments and formulate appropriate measures
• Maintain and expand a network of surgeons and key opinion leaders
• Prepare documents for product approval in collaboration with development engineers and regulatory affairs
• Product life-cycle management of the existing product portfolio
• Conduct product training for customers and employees
• Attend in surgeries, conferences, and workshops

Your qualifications

• University degree in technical, scientific, or business education
• In-depth clinical and anatomical knowledge of the elbow and shoulder area
• At least 7 years of experience as a product manager in the field of medical devices
• Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm, combined with high resilience
• Authentic leadership
• Excellent organisational skills and intercultural competence
• Experience in the operating room
• Very good Office 365 skills; experience with a PLM system is an advantage
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
