Building Foreman (M/F/D - 100%)

What awaits you:

• Plan, manage and coordinate construction sites in collaboration with site managers
• Organize and lead the site teams
• Plan the supply of materials, water, and electricity to the site
• Identify general and specific site risks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules
• Write work reports
• Be reactive to solve problems and adapt to unforeseen events on site

What you bring:

• Federal foreman certificate, team leader diploma or equivalent with proven experience
• Strong leadership and ability to unite a team around common goals
• Ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions
• Logical, structured, and rigorous working method
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities
