- Support of managers throughout the entire recruitment process, from job posting to contract signing
- Ensuring professional and efficient recruiting with a focus on a convincing candidate experience
- Recruitment and interviews of specialists and managers from various professional fields, flexibly online and/or in person at our locations throughout Switzerland
- Co-design and further development of the company-wide recruitment process
- Active contribution of trends in active sourcing, social media recruiting, etc.
- Collaboration on the employer positioning of RUAG AG in cooperation with the employer branding team
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the HR field (e.g., federal specialist certificate, degree or business background)
- Solid experience in recruiting, preferably in a company with internal recruiting or in personnel placement
- You are an independent, proactive personality with a professional appearance and strong service orientation
- You enjoy contact with applicants and managers, both written and oral, and you succeed in a professional and target-group-appropriate manner from craftsmen to management
- Geographical flexibility within Switzerland and willingness to be present at various locations (travel activity 20 - 60%)
- You speak and write fluent German; good knowledge of English as well as French or Italian is required (at least at interview level)
