Activities
- Ensure quality reception within espaceVAL and the Combes swimming pool
- Make sales of various types of items, from the shop, cafeteria, and services offered on site
- Inform, advise, and guide customers and users of espaceVAL and its partners
- Place orders for cafeteria goods according to the current process
- Respect and enforce hygiene standards
Requirements
- Commercial Federal VET Diploma (AFC) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and availability
- Knowledge of computer tools
- Language: French, any other language is an asset
