• Ensuring the stable operation and availability of the core applications
• Co-responsibility for application lifecycle, test, change, and release management
• Analysis, evaluation, and prioritization of business and technical requirements
• Translating business requirements into actionable technical concepts
• Close collaboration with business units, service teams, business analysis, as well as application and infrastructure providers
• Managing the continuous optimization and further development of applications and IT services
• Maintaining the backlog, application-related documentation, and active knowledge transfer within the team

• University degree in computer science / business informatics or comparable education and training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Practical experience with our core technologies .NET/C# and Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) and experience in test management are advantageous
• High personal responsibility and hands-on mentality
• Targeted communication with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers
• Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (at least B1)
