In this role, the Data Quality Specialist is responsible for driving and overseeing the implementation of the data quality framework, ensuring high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organisation. The specialist will work closely with key stakeholders to identify data quality issues, define remediation strategies, and establish monitoring mechanisms to support informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.

- Manage any enhancements to data quality issue management and include changes
- Provide training and education
- Triage and manage the flow of data quality issues, in alignment with RTOs, IT, and other functions
- Shape the evolution of the DQF in alignment with IT and Divisional Data Governance roles
- Work with the regions to extend adoption on a global scale
YOUR PROFILE
- Earned a university degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance
- Several years of experience with Data Quality tools such as Informatica, data quality metrics definition and data governance frameworks
- Experience in the financial industry, banking industry and with that understanding the wealth management business, including products, services, and operational processes, to contextualize data quality issues and solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements
- "Can do" attitude
- Strong at collaborating and influencing, building an effective stakeholder network across divisions and regions
- Comfortable in challenging the status quo and manage escalations on every level
- Great teammate, who is fun to work with and drives the change naturally
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
