For our Women's Clinic, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant 50 - 100% starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement.

Your Tasks

Planning and organizing the consultation hours (leading doctors, senior physicians, assistant physicians) including internal consultations and maintaining the electronic medical record
Telephone triage, reception, and initial care of our patients
Assistance in examinations, performing blood draws, and minor laboratory work
Administrative tasks including performance recording

Your Profile

Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or further training as a consultation assistant
Experience in gynecology/obstetrics is an advantage
Independent, structured, and efficient working style as well as a secure prioritization
Loyal, balanced personality with a high team orientation
English language skills desired, other foreign languages are an advantage
