At our location in Steinhausen, we are looking to strengthen our dispatch team with a communicative and service-oriented personality as a Clerk Dispatch (m/f/div.).
Job Description
- You are the central contact person for our customers, advise them on our service offerings, and coordinate appointments for our service technicians.
- You enjoy working in a team and appreciate a lively workday with lots of customer contact.
- You ensure correct and up-to-date maintenance of our system master data in SAP and keep an overview even in hectic moments.
- You enjoy discovering the diverse tasks in customer service every day and bring enthusiasm for service-oriented work.
Qualifications
- Education: Commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience: Industry knowledge is an advantage – but more important to us are your positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Personality: enthusiastic, communicative, and responsible personality with good manners
- Working style: structured, reliable, flexible, and independent
- Language skills: German as native language
