Your Tasks
- Performing diagnostic activities, including blood sampling, ECG derivation, and rTMS treatments
- Shipping, preparation, and professional processing of laboratory samples
- Coordination of laboratory workflow to ensure efficient processes
- Friendly, goal-oriented appointment scheduling and professional patient care by phone
- Maintenance and updating of information in the internal intranet
- Assistance with general office organization, documentation, and administrative processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
- Practical experience in blood sampling and ECG derivation
- Strong teamwork skills, high commitment and resilience, combined with professional, social, and communicative competence
- Ability to work independently, structured, and organize workflows
- Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as openness to working with modern medical devices and new work techniques
- Appreciative and empathetic care of patients (m/f/d) and their relatives
