Your Role as Billing Manager:
- Carry out the clinic's billing completely and independently, from invoice creation to sending and tracking payments.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of billed data.
- Communicate effectively with patients to resolve billing issues and answer their questions.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure consistency of billed information.
- Perform regular analyses to identify opportunities for improving billing processes and systems.
Your Role as Dental Assistant:
- Clinical Assistance : Assist the dentist during consultations, perform certain practices depending on specialization. Disinfect and sterilize instruments, perform radiographs.
- Treatment Management : Welcome patients, assist in preparation and management of treatments, ensuring patient file follow-up and compliance with clinical protocols.
- Technical Innovation : Use advanced equipment and quickly adapt to new dental care technologies and methods. Collaborate with the Dental Lab Ardentis laboratory.
- Education and Prevention : Advise patients on good oral hygiene practices and contribute to their education.
- Development and Training : Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest advances in the field.

Your Profile :
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as dental assistant
- Previous experience of 2 years as dental assistant with autonomous billing management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with computer tools.
- Knowledge of Dentagest software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of French (C1).
