Our team for intermediaries and special customers supports external intermediaries as well as international and institutional customers of the bank. You are primarily responsible for a portfolio of institutional customers and external asset managers, but also take on representative tasks for foreign customers and intermediaries.

Your tasks with us are:
- Further development and implementation of the growth strategy for intermediaries, international and institutional customers, involving the bank and insurance sales with a focus on the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Building and maintaining a strong internal network with bank and insurance sales
- Acquisition and support of institutional customers and external asset managers
- Taking over a customer portfolio with existing institutional customers and external asset managers
- Representation for international customers and intermediaries
- Responsibility in daily business: managing customer accounts including opening and closing as well as monitoring transactions, document and information management, and structured, efficient, and secure processing of financial transactions for customers, conducting review discussions

Your qualifications:
- You are committed and think holistically as well as being implementation- and solution-oriented.
- You have several years of professional experience at a bank, ideally with customer contact and the willingness to take the next step and assume responsibility.
- You enjoy customer contact and networking, can listen actively, and are service-oriented.
- You appreciate travel within Switzerland (approx. 40% of working time).
- You want to continue your education (e.g., financial advisor/planner IAF).
- You have very good language skills in German, French, and English; Italian is a plus.
