About 460 employees work at nine locations in the Road Traffic Office of the Canton of Zurich. Our task is traffic safety in the Canton of Zurich. We are responsible for the approval and inspection of vehicles and ships, for driver examinations, for administrative measures, and for collecting traffic fees. For our Technical Department at the Zurich-Albisgütli Road Traffic Office, we are looking for a dispatcher for driver and vehicle examinations 80–100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
You can look forward to
- Scheduling of driver and vehicle examinations
- Advising customers at the counter, by phone, and by email
- Occasional work assignments at the Winterthur Road Traffic Office
- Supervision of theory exams and assignments in entrance control
Ideally, you bring
- Completed vocational training with initial experience in administrative tasks and good IT skills
- Industry background in the automotive and/or driving school sector is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills desired
- Team player mentality and enjoyment in dealing with demanding customers
