Caretaker and Cleaning Staff on Call

The Gruoberhus in Klosters Dorf is an ideal storage house for ski and class camps or club and hiking camps. The house has over 30 beds with duvets spread across five 4-bed rooms and five 2-bed rooms. It can be rented by groups inside and outside Dietikon.

For the maintenance of the Gruoberhus, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement replacement who also supports in case of additional workload as

• Building maintenance and minor repairs
• General cleaning work of the building
• Maintenance work around the premises (waste, snow removal, etc.)
• Notifying external craftsmen for repairs
• Various control and monitoring tasks, especially of the kitchen
• Handover and receipt of keys during changes
• Handover and takeover of the holiday home also on weekends
• On occupancy of the holiday home, an on-call service is desired for all cases
• Collaboration with the caretaker and the school properties of Dietikon

• Experience as cleaning staff with special tasks or as a caretaker
• Sense of duty and responsibility as well as good manners
• Good knowledge of German
• Good PC user skills
• Own vehicle and driving license category B
