We are looking for a
Operations Employee Front 50% - 70% (m/f/d) - Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- At the cash register, you ensure a smooth process – including daily closing.
- When actively selling, you bring your energy, present the products attractively, and keep the kiosk and cafeteria well stocked at all times.
- You also help with cleaning tasks at counters and various outlets and ensure order.
- You are a reliable contact person for guests and answer their questions and concerns with competence and friendliness.
- You actively participate in internal and external events and contribute to a successful process.
Your profile
- Ideally, you already have experience in gastronomy – whether at the cash register, in service, or in sales.
- Your working style shows team spirit, efficiency, and a high standard of quality.
- Your positive, service-oriented manner and social skills make you a winning personality in guest contact.
- Good German skills are a must for you; English and other languages are a plus.
