Professional Motion Designer in After Effects

To complement the creation team in Lucerne, we are looking for an experienced motion designer.

You work for well-known brands in Switzerland and develop motion content for digital signage, web, social media, and other channels.

You perform the following tasks:

Motion Design and Animation

• Development and implementation of creative concepts, storyboards, and design ideas.
• Creation of high-quality 2D motion graphics in After Effects
  for digital signage and social media.

Design and Layout

• Design of appealing designs and layouts for digital media
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and design standards

Collaboration and Project Management

• Participation in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas to improve visual storytelling
• Simultaneous management of multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work

Innovation and Continuous Learning

• Exploration of new tools and methods to improve the efficiency and quality of design and animation projects. 

As a motion designer, you have a strong sense of aesthetics and design. You are an After Effects enthusiast but also use the entire Adobe suite for your designs and motion content implementations.

You also bring the following:

• Proven experience as a motion designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and design work.
• Mastery of creative tools, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma
• Experience in creating designs and layouts for various media
• Basic JavaScript knowledge for creating motion graphics templates or expression-based animations.
• An open attitude towards AI
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Curiosity to stay up to date with trends, techniques, and technologies in motion design
• You stand out as a team player.
