- Ensuring the trouble-free operation of all building technical systems (compressed air, heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning technology)
- Responsibility for media preparation and wastewater treatment Planning, organization and execution of maintenance and repair work Ensuring media supply (e.g. gas, chemicals, operating materials)
- Further development and optimization of building control technology
- Implementation of efficiency and improvement measures as well as the use of lean methods (e.g. shopfloor management, 5S)
- Support in investment and infrastructure planning, including cost management of the own department
- Technical and personnel management of a team of around 15 employees
What we wish for
- Completion of studies or higher vocational training (federal diploma, HF etc.)
- Several years of experience in building technology, facility management or industrial infrastructure
- Experience in leading teams
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Good English skills
- Driver's license category B
