This is the task

Ensuring the trouble-free operation of all building technical systems (compressed air, heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning technology)
Responsibility for media preparation and wastewater treatment Planning, organization and execution of maintenance and repair work Ensuring media supply (e.g. gas, chemicals, operating materials)
Further development and optimization of building control technology
Implementation of efficiency and improvement measures as well as the use of lean methods (e.g. shopfloor management, 5S)
Support in investment and infrastructure planning, including cost management of the own department
Technical and personnel management of a team of around 15 employees

What we wish for

Completion of studies or higher vocational training (federal diploma, HF etc.)
Several years of experience in building technology, facility management or industrial infrastructure
Experience in leading teams
Good knowledge of SAP
Structured, solution-oriented way of working
Good English skills
Driver's license category B
