knechtcare includes the activities of the Knecht Group in healthcare. Knechtcare offers a comprehensive range of services in the outpatient sector, including home rehabilitation, nursing, patient transport, and emergency services.

For temporary support, we are looking for an experienced HR person starting January 2026, workload negotiable.

Your main tasks

HR administration from employee entry to exit
Support in personnel recruitment including conducting recruitment interviews
Recording and managing personnel master data in Abacus
Answering employee questions regarding human resources

Your profile

Commercial basic training
At least three years of professional experience in HR is mandatory as well as further training as a personnel assistant or HR specialist
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
Organized and structured way of working
Enjoy working in a dynamic and growing industry
