What awaits you
- Providing telephone and written information on general insurance questions, benefit topics, products, and services
- Checking and processing cost approvals, claims, or changes as well as drafting standard and individual correspondence
- Timely processing of tasks according to defined standards in the required quality and quantity
- Collaborating with internal and external parties such as service providers, general agencies, or accounts receivable management
- Close support during certification as an insurance intermediary with a supplementary health profile
What you bring
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable further education with a commercial background, as well as solid knowledge of MS Office
- Initial practical professional experience, preferably in a call center or customer service of an insurance company
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Enjoyment of daily telephone customer contact with a flair for sales conversations and proactive scheduling for the field service
- Commitment to completing the course Certification Insurance Intermediary Supplementary Health Profile
