Your tasks

Assisting in the leadership and organization of the entire service and office team including deployment and vacation planning as well as training of apprentices

Guest care

Ensuring administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory recording, and offer planning

Organization and execution of banquets

Preparation and monitoring of daily accounts as well as monitoring of the cash register system

Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety guidelines, as well as quality assurance

Supporting management in the development of existing and the creation of new concepts

What you bring with you

Completed basic training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification

Several years of professional experience in a similar position

Good IT user skills, especially MS Office

Front-/service-oriented attitude as well as business thinking and acting

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a benevolent conversational culture

High quality and sense of responsibility
