Commercial Advisor in External Service - Specialized in Crop Production m/f/d 80 - 100%

• Personalized technical advice to clients, specifically large crops and grasslands 
• Active sales of agricultural inputs according to different commercial campaigns 
• Retention of existing customers 
• Prospecting and acquisition of new clients  
• Promotion and support in the use of SmartFarming tools (Barto, connected weather station, new agricultural technologies and connected services) 
• Participation in the animation and organization of client events, technical days, and crop visits 
• Work at the Agro depot and the cereal collection center (replacements and support according to seasons). 

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as farmer and/or agricultural diploma, Agro-merchant diploma, Agro-technician or equivalent or higher qualification 
• Flexible, positive, and collaborative personality, with excellent team spirit 
• Good interpersonal skills and listening ability, with a strong customer orientation 
• Proven experience in technical-commercial advice in crop production 
• Good command of digital tools and strong interest in new technologies and agricultural innovation 
• Autonomy, organizational skills, rigor, and stress resistance 
• Driving license essential 
• Experience in running a farm is an asset 
• Interest in animal production is an asset.
