Tasks

Your tasksYour profile- He/She is responsible for managing the wellness area in the absence of the SPA Manager/Director.- Successfully completed vocational training as a masseur/-masseuse or beautician and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in luxury hospitality in Switzerland, solid professional, industry, SPA & hotel knowledge is an advantage- Duty, free and vacation planning- A very high quality and sense of responsibility, polite manners as well as a neat appearance- Performing general administrative tasks- Very good computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, additional computer skills in Protel & TAC are an advantage- Professional advice and sale of treatments as well as our exclusive spa product lines- A warm personality with empathy, positive charisma and multitasking ability- Ensuring the flow of information with all departments- Teamwork, physical resilience as well as the willingness to go the extra mile and motivate colleagues- Support at the SPA reception, treatments and if necessary in the pool area during regular inspection rounds- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) and any other foreign language is an advantage
